Created in 1979 in preparation for the third millennium celebrations
This unique and rare cuvee comes to us enriched by 20 long years in small oak barrels quietly maturing in the gentle darkness of our ‘Trotte Laquais’ cellar.Developed exclusively with grapes from our own vineyard, the blend is predominantly Sémillon (80%) and Sauvignon (20%). The ‘mutage’ is carried out according to the original 17th century tradition.

Spicy : Vanilla bourbon Balsamic : sandalwood, incense, beeswax Palate Light and rich, balanced with notes of stewed fruit, candied prunes, liquorice, fresh.
