| There are no characteristics matching the fullness of Grande Champagne, where aromas of vanilla, pears and cigar box intermingle in a bronze color liquid. The Cognacs from Jean Fillioux's estate are selected and kept in Limousin oak casks, where they begin to age slowly. Over the years, each one develops its own structure and suppleness, aromas and finesse, and its distinctive golden color. Each one is the fruit of subtle and marvelous transformations, fruit of the "miracle" accomplished in the darkness of the cellars. |
