 Succeeding generations of the FRAPIN Family have been established since 1210 in the Charente, where their destiny has been truly extraordinary one. Anne Catherine FRAPIN was the mother of famed French writer François RABELAIS.  Pierre FRAPIN was apothecary to Louis XIV, who awarded him his coat-of-arms in 1696. A more recent Pierre FRAPIN founded the family firm in the last century. And it is his granddaughter Genevieve, who presides over the destiny of the House today. |
