Its longer ageing in new casks give this Cognac a woody (tannin/vanilla) flavour melted with an old port touch and dried fruits aroma (honey and spices characteristic of a 15-20 years old maturation of Grande Champagne). Mellow smooth with strong flavour and taste, perfectly balanced, a really traditional Cognac.
