| It is my goal to make the best Cognac in the world. To that end, my Cognacs have been produced exclusively from grapes grown in the best cognac-producing region, the Grande-Champagne, and are aged for decades. These aged Cognac are then blended with all possible care, and returned to the limousin oak barrels in which they were aging. | Just as they are, these Cognacs aged in the traditional, slow process, are amongst the best premium spirit available in the world. But I take my spirit one step further, to reawaken in them qualities long forgotten in this age of mass-supply technology and commerce, qualities of exceptional richness, depth, roundness, and balance .
