This Cognac has been aged in oak barrels for a few years in our cellars.

While this young, powerful Cognac does not show much oak influence, it has rich aromas and a round, attractive flavour.

The colour is slightly amber due to barrel ageing.

Light & Dry.
Origin : 100 % Grande Champagne, 1st Cru of Cognac.

Young, 4 years old eau-de-vie.
Strong presence but not agressive.

A rare discovery of the aromatic complexity and subtlety of an exceptional Grande Champagne.

With a copper pink colour this cognac has an harmonise, smooth and mild.
It has a citrus and fruity notes with white flesh.

After ageing in new oak, this Cognac spends several years in barrel in the traditional cellars in Ambleville. This Cognac has a highly original personality thanks to a fruity bouquet combining  finesse and subtlety.
