Youngest quality of Normandin-Mercier cognacs. This Fine Petite Champagne was raised in same oak barrels and in the same cellars than the other qualities. Bottled after 7 years ageing.

Blend of more than 25 Grande and Petite Champagne cognacs. The "classic" Hine.

Assemblage des deux 1ers Crus de Cognac. La Grande Champagne qui apporte la finesse, la longueur et la distinction et la Petite Champagne qui donne la subtilité, la délicatesse et la douceur.

This blend is exclusively from the two best crus of Grande et Petite Champagne, with 15 to 25 years old eaux de vie.

The nose is prune, cinnamon and liquorice.
The tannins are supple, oily and silky on the palate.
No bitterness. There is a distinctive smoky scent.

HOMAGE is the quintessence of Hine’s style, dating back to the foundation of the House in 1763. Homage is both exquisite and original. It is composed of Early Landed cognacs aged in the United Kingdom coming from the best “terroirs” in the most prestigious region: Grande Champagne together with some extra old cognacs matured in Jarnac.

Perfect balance between dried fruits, spices (pepper), hazelnut and some floral notes. Rich and elegant palate with hints of plum and liquorice
