Family Property since 1832, Louis Bouron is one of the only owners whose vineyard is spread over 3 of the best growths (crus) of the official region of the Cognac. Thanks to this specificity, their Cognac and Pineau des Charentes are the result of a smooth combination of the roundness & suppleness of Fins Bois, the violet flavour of Borderies and the floral bouquet of Petite Champagne.

Gold in colour with amber highlights.
The initial nose has aromas of apricots and fresh grapes which then evolve towards light spice and fruit filled pastry.
The palate is crisp and elegant with good presence and exceptional length.

Couprie - Fleur de Vigne
Eau de Vie Fleur de Vigne : Totally colourless, this Eau de Vie made from the best vineyards in Charente will surprise you by its rich aromas that express all the delicacy of Ugni Blanc and the finesse of Charentais distillation. A brandy made from grapes and double distilled on its lees. Fleur de Vigne is reduced in stages to an alcoholic degree of 42°, without barrel ageing.
Brillet - VS Long Drink
Strong, top quality and fruity, this young cognac is aged in old oak barrels, with only a small amount of tannin equally good drunk as a digestive or as an aperitif in a cocktail or as a long drink.
Couprie - Sélection du Domaine
This Cognac has been aged in oak barrels for a few years in our cellars. While this young, powerful Cognac does not show much oak influence, it has rich aromas and a round, attractive flavour. The colour is slightly amber due to barrel ageing.
