Louis Bouron have been producing Cognac & Pineau des Charentes since 1832, and, for a long time, have been concentrating all efforts to obtain a production endowed with the essential qualities :
Authenticity : Louis Bouron products result exclusively from their properties. It allows them a total control over elaboration, from harvesting through to bottling process.
Know-how : the same families have been working for five generations on the properties, to produce our Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Passed down from generation to generation, this "know-how" allows to produce a real " Proprietors Cognac ".
Originality & Harmony : Louis Bouron is one of the only owners whose vineyard is spread over 3 of the best growths (crus) of the official region of the Cognac . Thanks to this specificity, their Cognac and Pineau des Charentes are the result of a smooth combination of the roundness & suppleness of Fins Bois, the violet flavour of Borderies and the floral bouquet of Petite Champagne.
The Château de La Grange uses only a single vine : the Ugni blanc. The different growths composing its vineyard (Petite Champagne, Borderies & Fins Bois) assure the diversity of tastes that is needed to produce first-class spirits.
