Eau de vie pleine et moelleuse bien qu’ayant conservé une certaine fougue grâce à son vieillissement en fûts roux.

Oeil : Or soutenu avec des reflets ambrés.
Nez : Dominantes fruités (fruits secs dont noisette et amandes, fruits confits, agrumes), épicée (cannelle, vanille), sucrée (miel, toffe blond). Notes rancio (Porto), empyreumatique (fumé, chocolat), céréale (brioche), végétale (herbes sèches, tabac blond), boisée.
Bouche : ample et ronde. Fruitée (fruits secs), épicée, boisée, empyreumatique, longue.
Synthèse : Complexe, ample, élégant.
