X.O Grande Champagne:

This Cognac of mature age, is the very symbol of the ageing. The longer the ageing in oak barrels is,the more the Grande Champagne Cognac develops its subtilities, and gives new perfumes and tastes ( Vanilla, Coffee, Cinnamon, Honey, Orange Blossom).
Cognac X.O is between the fruit age and the oak age; it is a delicate blend, with harmony.... You taste the perfect blend between oak taste and genuine aroma.

Cognac EXTRA is a mature age Cognac .
More than 20 years spent in oak barrels gave to EXTRA Cognac complex perfumes (Vanilla, Coffee, Cacao, Chrystallized fruits and wood taste) but at the same time you can recognize perfumes from the original years concentrate qualities and aroma, give to this Cognac its nobleness. The process of ageing makes the original perfumes developped.... from fresh fruits to chrystallized fruits..
This Cognac taste is supple, round and full of harmony. According to its age, Cognac EXTRA is rare.
