Harvested and distilled in 1991, this cognac was matured in french recent loose grain oakCcasks, in a cool damp cellar.
Fresh and net on the nose with light notes of mint, then some aromas of dried flowers, lime tree flower, cut hay.
Appetizing notes of compote of ripe fruits, peach, apricot, toffee. Lively on the palate, at first fresh spices, coriander, green pepper, clove. Then rich and unctuous with its notes of brioche, “baba au rhum”, toasted coffee, licorice. Round and soft long finish.
Millenium bottle, golden cork wire closed by a seal engraved with our logo, pretty and luxurious round gift pack.

- Besides the picture here not accurate (shown here is the 1991), this 1992 vintage is just outstanding. Order while supplies last! I wanted to order more of the 1991, but too late. (Posted on 1/13/2014)
