PETITE CHAMPAGNE MILLESIME 1976
SINGLE VINEYARD SINGLE VINTAGE. (Vignoble et année uniques)

Cette Petite Champagne 1976 a été élevée dans le respect d'une tradition les plus pures, élevée tout d'abord dans des fûts neuf de la forêt de Tronçais pendant 18 mois, ces fûts ont été légèrement bousinés pour que la prise de bois se fasse lentement avec une homogénéité des arômes, puis ce cognac a poursuivi sont vieillissement dans des fûts roux pendant 8 ans, pour ensuite finir leur parcours dans des vieux fûts sélectionnés jusqu'à nos jours. Chaque intervention s'est effectuée sous le contrôle du BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac).
Equilibrée fine et souple en nez comme ne bouche, arôme de lys et d’écorce d’orange.
Eau de vie très nature, mise en bouteille à la demande sous le contrôle du BNIC.
