Extra is the result of blends of very old Grande Champagnes, which have been aged for over 50 years.

With his roots firmly planted in the pure, time-honoured tradition of his ancestors, a man content in the shadows and a conjuror of magical aromas, Pascal will be happy to welcome you into his cellars where you can discover and share his Collection Privée.

The original feature of this Grande Champagne, until very recently strictly reserved for members of the family and their guests, is that it is not a blend, but an eau-de-vie from a single barrel and from a single estate.

For each exceptional year, HINE sets aside casks specifically for vintages.
They are aged in 18th century cellars in Jarnac under two locks and keys - one belonging to HINE and the other kept by the Cognac authorities.

Jenssen Hors d'Age

A single, unblended batch of Grande Champagne Cognac at the term of its ageing in oak barrels, bottled from demijohns. Naturally reduced, without additives.

François Voyer cognacs are selected by the finest restaurants (Alain Ducasse, Lucas Carton, Laurent...)

If you are wise enough to taste it slowly leaving it time enough to unfold in the glass this Cognac will reward you with inimitable aromas of truffles, wood berries, and delicate accents of pepper and vanilla.

Épiphanie

A blend of very old Grande Champagne Cognacs who have reached full maturity after ageing in oak barrels. Discreet at first, this superior Cognac then unceasingly reveals new sets of aromas to the discerning nose.

Deep old gold in colour.
The nose epitomises Cognac having been aged for a prolonged period with a panoply of spicey and cigar-box aromas. With time oakier notes appear and damp leafy humus with a hint of forest mushroom.
The palate is long and spicy with honey and a slightly dry finish typical of such venerable Cognac.
