FINE PETITE CHAMPAGNE VSOP
Youngest quality of Normandin-Mercier cognacs. This Fine Petite Champagne was raised in same oak barrels and in the same cellars than the other qualities. Bottled after 7 years ageing.

You will discover the mellow and subtly persistent taste of Grande Champagne, so the aromas of your François Voyer VSOP will linger on your palate for a long time.

Eau-de-Vie with an amber colour and fruity savours, greengage, apricot, with a hint of almond and fine vanilla imparted by the Limousin wood. 42% in alcohol content, this Cognac has a distinct and powerful bouquet whose supple and lingering taste on the palate are the hallmark of Grande Champagne.

PRODUCTION : No chemical products or fertilisers
VINIFICATION : The wine is left untreated ( no added sulphur or yeast)
DISTILLATION: Distilled from organically grown grapes. Traditional distillation method allows the cognac to develop richer aromatic notes. No added chemicals.

Special Reserve Michel Vallet : (Helios decanter)

The hints of linden flowers remain very present whereas the flowers on the vine have almost disappeared. There are dreied flowers and vanilla.

In the mouth : apricot and plum. Not aggressive to the palate but the wood is more perceptible than in the VSOP.
 

A fully mature Cognac produced in the heart of the borderies cru, by the third generation of wine-growers. Aged 25 years.

The youngest Cognac in this blend is aged for long time in Limousin oak barrels (including several years in new barrels).

Elegant copper highlights, a lingering bouquet, and a powerful, round flavour make this a very distinguished Cognac. The oaky characteristics and candied fruit flavours coat the palate after the first sip.

A gold colour lightly more limpid than the VSOP.
Fine smell of dry fruit with oak notes and complex aromas such as apple tart.
