Collection Cognac – Artisan Vintage

Powerful floral and honey aroma. It is light and frank on the palate, with a liquorice and ginger finish.

Same origin as the Petite Champagne 1974 and similar ageing in a large cask, which explains the rather pale colour of this cognac.
The 2007 bottling had a higher alcohol content than the preceding bottling.
Ageing in 350-litre barrels since 2005.
