"I like the freshness and the structure of this cognac on the palate, long and fruity, still on the young side but with a good persistence," Andreas Larsson, 2008.

Remarkable aromas of dried fruits and, in particular, grilled almonds. Great freshness and not too tannic.

This is a 10 years old cognac with an amazing bouquet, making it one of the best in its class.

Light amber in colour.
The first nose is characterised by spice and toasted notes. They intensify and are complemented by hints of pastry and confectionary.
A very clean elegant palate displays excellent balance and a touch of oak at the finish.

Special Reserve Michel Vallet : (Helios decanter)

The hints of linden flowers remain very present whereas the flowers on the vine have almost disappeared. There are dreied flowers and vanilla.

In the mouth : apricot and plum. Not aggressive to the palate but the wood is more perceptible than in the VSOP.
 

Blend of more than 15 Petite Champagne cognacs, all over 4 years old.

Touches of flowers on the vine, but equally of linden flowers more present than in the VS.
