The investments undertaken have set up a complex including seminar rooms, a library and a 28 booth tasting room.

The 1997/98 training programme, looking to follow current industry issues, has several new courses. Closer links with the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac have provided a major contribution. These new courses cover technical and legal aspects and naturally environmental questions.
