This programme, aimed at those concerned by production of wine-based spirits, covers the major stages of the production process and quality control.

Enrolment forms and programme details are available from the University or fill in our form. Unless otherwise stated in programme details lunches are provided and included in fees. For multiple enrolments in courses, the University accords fee reductions. Courses and supporting documents are in general in French. For sessions in English, please contact the University.

The University participates in this degree course through the organisation of the "Spirits Production and Marketing" module.

TASTINGS

Throughout the year tasting sessions can be organised for groups on request, in both French and English. Please inquire here.
